Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery

Our mission is to provide full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgical care to New Jersey residents and provide education for predoctoral and postdoctoral students at RSDM. The department maintains a nationally recognized oral and maxillofacial residency program and is an integral part of University Hospital's Level 1 trauma center. It has a large and dynamic faculty, both full and part-time, who teach and pursue scholarly activity to advance our specialty. The department is also an integral part of RSDM's faculty practice,  Rutgers Health University Dental Associates.
