Transcript Requests
Current Students & Alumni
Official transcripts, in both paper and electronic formats, may be requested online at https://transcripts.rutgers.edu
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for paper transcript processing. Electronic transcripts, if applicable, are delivered to your recipient(s) of choice, via secure e-mail, within the hour of placing your order.
Degree/Enrollment Verification Requests

Request verification of your enrollment using our internal online Enrollment/Degree Verification Request Form.
Please note that to access the form you must use your NetID@rutgers.edu e-mail address, NOT SDM. Submissions submitted under a different account will not be accepted. You will be notified via e-mail if your submission fails, and you will have to complete the form again with your NetID@rutgers.edu account.
RSDM (formerly NJDS) Alumni
Request verification of your completed degree/state licensure form completion:
Complete and sign the Degree Verification Request Form (not to be completed by third-parties).
For state licensure forms, please be sure to complete the personal information on the licensure form as required by the state/agency before sending the form.
Please allow 5 to 7 business days for degree/enrollment verification processing.

Complete and sign the Change of Name Form, and return completed form along with supporting documents to enrollmentservices@sdm.rutgers.edu
Replacement Diplomas
To request a replacement diploma complete and sign the Replacement Diploma/Certificate Application.
Completed forms must be submitted to the Office of the RBHS Registrar at rbhsregistrar@rbhs.rutgers.edu.
RSDM Student Residency Application Submission Information
Student Residency for Tuition Purposes
A student’s residency status is evaluated at the time of the student’s application but can be adjusted along the way if appropriate. Please review the Student Residency for Tuition Purposes Policy if you are considering applying for in-state residency for tuition purposes.

Graduation Ceremonies
Rutgers Commencement
Rutgers School of Dental Medicine participates in the University-wide Commencement ceremonies held at Rutgers SHI Stadium in Piscataway, NJ in May. All information about the University Commencement ceremony can be found online at https://commencement.rutgers.edu
RSDM Convocation
Rutgers School of Dental Medicine hosts a formal Convocation for graduates and their families. Graduates and faculty participate in an academic procession and recession; academic awards are distributed, and graduates are hooded. University officials and representatives from various dental organizations are in attendance to honor the graduates. RSDM students will be informed when additional RSDM Convocation instructions are available. Information about Convocation is provided to all RSDM graduates by the Office of Student Affairs several weeks prior to the ceremony.
Cap & Gown
Information on how to order Cap & Gown will be provided several weeks prior to the ceremonies. All graduates are required to wear cap & gown to both the Commencement and Convocation ceremonies.
