Emergency Care

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.

For current RSDM patients, please contact your assigned student or resident provider directly. Walk-in emergency care for non-RSDM patients is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Patients must arrive at 9:00 AM for the morning session or 1:00 PM for the afternoon session. The emergency exam fee is $110 and covers a consultation only; additional treatment costs will apply and must be paid prior to treatment. After-hours care is available at the University Hospital Emergency Room, 150 Bergen Street, Newark.
