ATTENDANCE & LIVESTREAMING

RSDM’s White Coat Ceremony will take place in-person and the event will also be streamed live for those who will not be able to attend. Please watch White Coat Ceremony using this link.

The recording of the entire event will be available on the RSDM Youtube channel a few days after the event.

ARRIVAL TIME

Students should be appropriately dressed before arriving to Jersey Mike’s Arena no later than 2:30PM (EST). The Platform Party should arrive no later than 3:00PM (EST).

ATTIRE

Students should dress in professional/interview attire and must bring their white coat. Students should not wear suit coats, blazers, or jackets, as you will be cloaked with your white coat. Please do not bring backpacks, handbags, phones, or other valuables.

PHOTOGRAPHS

The Dental School has arranged for a photographer to take photos during the ceremony. Free digital downloads will be available to all students for a year from the date of the event. This will not include the cost of prints, which will be available for order from the gallery at additional cost.

DIRECTIONS & PARKING

COVID PROTOCOLS

Please note that the event will be held in-person for all participants and guests. However, plans are subject to change at any time depending on state and university regulations regarding COVID safety protocols. Therefore, updated information will be sent out and communicated as policies and/or regulations change. Please note the current policies and regulations below. • Please be prepared to wear masks.
• No Food and/or drinks (except water bottles) will be allowed in the stadium.
• All participants and guests attending in-person is required to provide proof of vaccination (a picture, docking app, or physical vaccination card) or a negative PCR test from a test taken no more than 72 hours before the event. 
• All children over the age of 5 must show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test. In New Jersey, children (those under the age of 18) are not required to carry a form of identification. Therefore, if a child does not have an ID, they will still be permitted into the building.
• An official photo ID will be required to confirm that the photo ID matches the accompanying materials (vaccination card/digital record or negative PCR test).
