Referrals
Treatment for endodontics in the Post-Graduate Department of Endodontics at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine is by referral.
To make an appointment, your dentist needs to write a letter of referral which can be sent via fax or email:
- Fax: 973-972-9402
- Email: endoreferral@sdm.rutgers.edu
The referral letter should contain:
- Your dentist’s name, address, and phone number
- The nature of your problem
- Your contact information including name and telephone number
Upon receipt of this information, we will contact you and set up an appointment for your endodontic treatment. We will not be able to give you an appointment without a letter of referral.
Services
The Department of Endodontics Clinic provides all aspects of endodontic care, including root canal therapies, root canal retreatments, endodontic microsurgeries (apicoectomies) and vital pulp therapies, among other treatments.
