Over the years, RSDM has expanded the scope of our community health activities. Our work is both global and local, from overseas dental missions to work with patients in Essex County and other New Jersey communities. In addition to treating underserved patients, we raise awareness of the importance of oral health and oral hygiene. Students are required to participate and complete a minimum of four hours of supervised volunteer community service each year.
