We are currently looking for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established dental practice in State College, PA. Below is an overview of the compensation and benefits package being offered: Base Compensation • A base salary of $750 per day for the first three (3) months of employment, or until credentialing with our two primary insurance carriers is completed — whichever occurs first. • Following this initial period, compensation will transition to a production-based model at 33% of production. Time Off • Seven (7) days of paid time off during the first year of employment. Bonuses • A relocation bonus of up to $5,000 to support your transition. • A retention bonus of $5,000, payable upon successful completion of your first year of employment. Retirement & Profit-Sharing • Participation in the practice's profit-sharing plan. • Eligibility to participate in the practice's 401(k) plan. The selected dentist will step into an existing busy schedule and a patient base of approximately 24,000, with consistent restorative, prosthetic, endodontic, and surgical treatment demand.
