Q1. I did not receive an email message with a password, what should I do?

Send an email message with your name and class year to dadynj@umdnj.edu

Q2. I lost my RBHS email password. [I never use my RBHS email, I don't know how to get into my umdnj email] What should I do?

Go to the Academic Computing Center's help desk to resolve this.

Q3. Can you please send the email message to another address.

No, sorry. All course eval correspondence must be sent to RBHS email addresses. Students may access university mail from home through https://myportal.rutgers.edu, or to arrange to have their RBHS email forwarded to their personal email accounts.

Q4: Can I access course eval from home?

Yes. The easiest way to do this is go in through the RSDM web page. Scroll through the links for students, through to student information, click on the link for CourseEval.

Q5: Do I have to do this? What happens if I don't do this?

Yes, all RSDM students are required to complete course evaluations for each course completed here. Adding time to graduation requirements, the withholding of grade and registration privileges and other measures are applied to students who do not comply with this requirement.

Q6: I tried logging in but it does not work. What should I do?

At what point are you running into trouble? Are you getting to the log in screen? If yes, are you using the user name provided in the email message? This should be your first and last names, separated by a space, with the first letter of each name capitalized (i.e., June Cadogan).

If no, you are not getting to the log in screen -- go through the RSDM web page. Scroll through the links for students, through to student information, click on the link for CoursEval.
