Mentorship Program at RSDM
This website was originally developed through the work of the Faculty
Development Committee (FDC) to establish a database of names and expertise of
faculty interested in serving as mentors for their junior colleagues. Since
its inception, the program has evolved into an independent project for which
I have assumed responsibility.
This resource helps junior faculty identify expert faculty with an interest in mentoring and when possible develop mentor-mentee relationships. We understand that the relationship between a mentor and a mentee is a personal one, thus, we will not attempt to match individuals with each other.
In order to facilitate career development and academic advancement of
junior faculty, I encourage you to share your expertise with those seeking
mentorship. Please take a few minutes to review the information which may be
accessed either by faculty name or by faculty expertise. If you would like to be includedin the directory or have your
data updated, please simply
use the link provided to complete the mentorship expertise
survey. This would only take a few minutes and your information will be
added to database.
If you would like to be removed from the database or require further information about the program, please feel free to reach me by e-mail.
I thank you, in advance, for your assistance in this matter.
