Orofacial Pain Beyond TMD
This innovative, online course is a formal educational experience that is based on the highly successful Internet Course: Update in Orofacial Pain. You will be able to learn the latest in orofacial pain diagnosis and management in the comfort of your home or office.
Emphasis will be on the diagnosis and management of patients with neuropathic, neurovascular (headache) and musculoskeletal disorders. Chapters from an up-to-date syllabus written specifically for the course by the faculty will be posted online for downloading and printing. Study guideline questions and detailed answers for each chapter will help the student understand the material.
Different topics will be explored in detail using case presentations, lectures and videos. A Discussion Forum will encourage participation between students and faculty and makes this course truly interactive.
Students who pass the final examination will receive a Certificate of Completion from the Division of Orofacial Pain and 96 CE credit hours. Enrollment is limited to 20 participants.
